Prior to my therapy Training  journey, I worked with victims of domestic violence at Women’s Aid in Bristol for 7 years between 1987 to 1994. I then moved on to my training at Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling (BCPC) in 1993, beginning work as a therapist in private practice from 1994 and then receiving my accreditation diploma of Humanistic and Integrative Counselling in 1998.

Whilst working in private practice I continued to further my training in Family Constellation group work at BCPC and completed Couples Therapy training Led by Jill Gabriel UKCP from 2000 to 2003.

From 2004 to 2005 I trained with ‘Psychology of Vision’ which included studies in Relationship and Family Dynamics, Leadership Skills, Mentoring and Coaching. Including life stages of relationships, how couples fit together, sexuality, ethical dilemmas and commitment and ongoing supervision.

I have had 30 Years of experience working in private therapy practice with both individuals and couples, during this time I have had the privilege of supporting a diverse range of individuals, each with their own unique stories and challenges.
